• All services come with personal use rights, such as use for posting on un-monetized social media accounts, printing for personal decoration, gift to fans, etc.
• Services with monetized content use (such as use for a vtuber design, posting on monetized social media accounts, streaming, promotion, etc.) require the extra fee of $60.
• Do not use my art for any other purpose than what is discussed when you place the order ( unauthorized reselling, unauthorized reposting, ai training, tracing, recoloring image colors, skin recoloring, editing the image or design, unauthorized image cutting for vtuber/pngtuber use, etc.). if you have a issue with the order, please communicate with me if you would like to request a revision.꒰ა♡*Copyright;
• DO NOT trace my art; DO NOT modify it, and DO NOT use it for AI training.

• the rights to every illustration and design i make belong to me.
꒰ა♡ Delivery & rush fees;
• Standard delivery takes max of 2 months and complex works takes max of 4 months, however rush orders can be accepted, check the vgen request options.
꒰ა♡Priority in line;
• Check with me or on my Vgen options!
꒰ა♡Delay's will be compensated!*;
• This situation normally just happens when I have some type of health problem. I'll compensate with discount coupon's or with a free art.꒰ა♡Refund;
• I do not do refunds!!!! I use all the money of my comms to living/pay debts; be aware of this before commission me!꒰ა♡*Payment;
• all payments must be paid in full through VGen before i start the sketch!!
• once payment has gone through, refund or cancellation requests can no longer be accepted, thank you for understanding!
• The commission will begin as soon as payment and receipt are received.
• Complex additions may increase the price (you will be informed if applicable).
• DO NOT file a chargeback claim or you will be blacklisted and i will reclaim the use of the commissioned or purchased art.
• I only accept 100% payment before starting the art. Exceptions will be consider, but rarely I will accept other metod.

• Contact me on my discord (I'll send on Vgen/Twitter chat.) to talk directly with me about the commission.
• Please provide clear references and descriptions when submitting your request. this is to ensure that there is no confusion throughout the process.
• Client must be clear and polite!! rude or disrespectful communication may lead to your order being canceled and you will be blacklisted.
• Communication through Discord are available as an alternate form of communication for previous clients.
• On NSFW ask please say everything you want on the commission. I'll not judge anything, just will refuse the ask if it passes my limits.
• If you have an issue, please discuss it with me before leaving a bad review, filing a chargeback, etc
• Please feel free to message me anytime!! my response time is 24 hours or less.

• In cases of client misconduct (breaking my rules, TOS, or usage policy) I reserve the right to cease service at any time if my Terms of Service/Usage Policy is broken or if communication becomes unprofessional. That's the only case that refound will be considered.
• Please, DO NOT involve me or my art on any drama.
• I have no problem on make changes to my clients comms, so please do not change my art!! that's rude!!
• All files will be delivered through VGen, unless the file is too large then it will be delivered through a Email.
• Standard commissions are delivered as PNG files with & without my watermark, and a version with a transparent background and Complex commission's will be delivered as .MP4/.Gif files with and without my watermark⚠꒰ა♡NSFW rules!!/ᐠ > ˕ <マ;
• As my principal content are not associate with NSFW, You may not tag me on your posts, to share my work just recomend it with your friends on private, please!! .
• All characters I draw in this option of service MUST be 18+ and not be associate with any minor/real person. I'll NOT draw any crimes.
• My NSFW Portfolio Account will be shared just with my current clients and friends (I don't want it to be down for any reason/random drama.) To new clients, similar references will be shown to what the client need.
• Please don't be a weirdo or rude, remember this is my work.
• Having my Oc's inclued on the ask makes it gain an 15% discount!
